Plastic Surgeons, in Silfid' Society have high level of specialized training and an impeccable ethical and moral value. You will always deal with them directly and without intermediaries. Any procedure Silfid' Society will be under the direct supervision of their doctors.

  1. Remember to provide all necessary medical information to the team of surgeons, in the most simple, clear and truthful way. Tell us about your expectations and if you have medical reports or evidence relevant image, show it to us, because in the plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic are the little things that count.
  2. All medical and surgical procedures must be analyzed, and discussed with your doctor-surgeon, who will explain you all the pros and cons exist for it, and offer you real alternatives to the procedure, and solutions to possible complications. Think all this information and if you require further clarification, please contact your surgeon to remove all doubt.
  3. Any medical or surgical procedure carries a risk of varying degrees, that despite trying to be minimized by his medical team, it must be accepted by you prior to fulfillment. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not telling you the whole truth.
  4. Informed consent is a document of legal nature, which explains and expands the information provided in writing by the physician. It should be understood and signed at least within 24 hours prior to surgery so that it can be done.
  5. You have at all times the power to refuse surgery. In making this negative the same day of surgery, having made the admission in question, shall be responsible to pay the costs of hospital admission and relevant.
  6. If there is an increased surgical risk before surgery, your surgeon weighing the risks, may dismiss the action, adjournment and rescheduled if necessary.   7. For all surgery, should be submitted promptly at the appointed time in our hospital letter, fasting at the hospital - operating room.
  8. All printed documents chart prior to surgery, must be signed by you, accepting that the images presented correspond to your anatomy on the date indicated.
  9. Diligently follow all the doctor´s instructions It is very important to take all the medications such as to maintain a proper rest after each surgery or medical procedure.
  10. Keep your dressings clean, dry wound covered with bandages. This will avoid complications and it will limit the recovery time.
  11. Go to your pre and post operative consultations on the dates indicated, they are designed to detect and limit risk situations.
  12. In compliance with Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 and in accordance with current data protection law applicable in the whole national territory, the Silfid' Society has a file of confidential information, properly recorded and documented by the competent authority, whose coordinator is responsible for Dr. Juan José Aparicio Alcázar.
